Proud as punch doesn’t quite cut it as we heard the news that Woodcote Estate Agents have won the British Property Award for Lettings in Coulsdon for the second year in a row.
The British Property Awards (BPA) commended us for our customer service levels and labelled us as ‘outstanding’ throughout the judging process.
As a result of winning this award, we have now been shortlisted for a number of national awards - keeping our fingers crossed!

Lettings at Woodcote
At Woodcote, we work diligently to provide the highest level of service for our landlords and tenants. We live by four principles; honesty, transparency, responsiveness, and due diligence.
HONESTY
We pride ourselves on being honest from the outset. We believe honesty builds not only a good relationship but a long-lasting and fruitful one for all parties involved.
TRANSPARENCY
Being open with our landlords will always be a major aim for us. This starts from the valuation and will continue throughout. Being transparent helps build trust and that is what we aim to have with each of our landlords.
RESPONSIVENESS
Time is a commodity, and we like to do things as efficiently as possible. This means always being available to not only our landlords but our tenants as well.
DUE DILIGENCE
We take our time to ensure we have done everything needed before tenants move into any of our rental properties. We ensure our landlords are not at any risk, so we have a checklist for each property to guarantee everything has been done accordingly and in the correct time frame.

Here’s a little bit about BPA:
The British Property Awards are one of the most inclusive estate agency awards providers as they do not charge to enter. This has enabled their award to be structured in a manner that ensures maximum participation, on average judging over 90% of agents that meet their minimum criteria on a local level. The team personally mystery shop every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels.
Agents who go that extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service are rewarded with the accolade, which acts as a beacon to highlight these attributes to the local marketplace.
